This is a telephone survey with legal services providers: law firms, barristers’ chambers and sole practitioners. We use this survey to understand levels of service innovation and take up of technologies. Also the drivers and barriers to both and how different types of provider compare.
We have commissioned Navigator Insight to conduct the survey. You might receive a call from them, for an interview. They may share a copy of this letter.
If you do get a request from Navigator we would very much appreciate your participation. By way of incentive they will be offering individual summary benchmarking reports. So that you can see how you your organisation compares with the market.
