Our Business Plan for 2026/27 [PDF] was published in April 2026, following a public consultation which ran from 17 December 2025 to 11 February 2026.
This is the sixth business plan under the Reshaping Legal Services strategy, which is underpinned by the regulatory objectives we share with the regulators we oversee. The strategy identifies the role of regulation in overcoming the nine challenges identified to deliver fairer outcomes, stronger confidence and better services for consumers.
Activity schedule
To help stakeholders understand our work plans and outputs in more detail, we publish an activity schedule. We will update this activity schedule quarterly. We will also publish quarterly performance reports.
