Application:
ILEX application to become an Approved Regulator to award rights of audience and rights to conduct litigation to Associate Prosecutor members of ILEX

On 10 February 2011 ILEX were notified that it had been decided to make an order. The Legal Services Act 2007 (Approved Regulators/ Order (SI2011/1118) came into effect on 1 May 2011

27 July 2010 to 26 July 2011
Schedule 4, 15(1) of the Legal Services Act requires that the LSB must give a decision on an application being made to the Board. This can be extended to no more than 16 months (Schd 4, 15(4)).
