We are hosting an in-person breakfast event on legal technology and access to justice in Yorkshire.
The event is open to lawyers and practitioners, academics, law students, and legal and consumer groups across the region.
We will discuss our forthcoming research on public attitudes towards legal tech, jointly commissioned with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Importantly, our Board wants to explore with attendees how we and others can collaborate to improve access to legal services – a key aim of the consumer-focused Reshaping Legal Services strategy for the sector. We will be joined by the LegalTech in Leeds initiative to share their perspective.
Date and time: Tuesday 7 June, 8.30am – 10am.
Venue: In-person in central Leeds, to be advised on RSVP.
A light breakfast will be served.
RSVP: To attend please email press@legalservicesboard.org.uk. We will be in touch with further details and a copy of the research findings ahead of the breakfast event.
We look forward to hearing views on legal tech and experiences in the legal services sector in Yorkshire.
