Consumer vulnerability panel event – 5 July 2022

On Tuesday 5 July 2022 we hosted an in-person panel session on our recently published consumer vulnerability research, and discussion on how the sector can work together to design legal services that best meet individual, and wider society’s needs. We were joined by regulators, academics and consumer groups to hear from:

  • Lucy Lea, Community Research
  • Professor Stephen Mayson
  • Sarah Chambers, Legal Services Consumer Panel
  • Chris Hanford, SRA
