Our Reshaping Legal Services strategy sets out our ambition to make sure regulation supports access to legal services for the individuals and businesses that need them. As the oversight regulator of legal services, we are interested in exploring areas where regulation can have the greatest impact. We would be particularly interested in your views and experiences in relation to access to justice, diversity and inclusion, professional ethics and addressing consumer vulnerability.
