The Legal Services Board today (31 October 2023) announced that Stephen Gowland has resigned as a Non-Lay Board Member. The Lord Chancellor has agreed to Mr Gowland’s request to step down immediately.
Alan Kershaw, Chair of the Legal Services Board, said:
